Unsuspecting Strike, Fox Fangs, Horns of the Ox, Falling Spider, Blades of Steel. You mentioned it's unblock-able so I presume you have fox's promise as your elite. 8 seconds is actually quite slow as a target could easily kite with one KD. If you put in like vow of strength then you would be a serious spike :P

u can clearly see that its not palm strike lol, he did a hex that causes targets armor to be like -20 to your attacks or something i dont rem the skill name. and palm strike does dmg
