i usually do low pigtails with normal elastics and make the hair from the tails wavy/curly and either pin my bangs back with a nice barette or not and it looks cute!! but ill try this

Bushy eyebrows can be gorgeous, like Brooke Shields' eyebrows.
and for damaged hair, there's all sorts of things. Look up hair masks. I hear amazing things about coconut oil. I've been wanting to try it myself.
and one more suggestion :P Use firefox for a web browser, it corrects your spelling.
