My school choir is also learning this piece for our Spring Concert; and the Movendo section to the end is our Mid-term so I better figure out how to get through all those eighth notes lol

Learning it for Easter this year and it seems forever we're learning this song . Got the music before Christmas and my choirn and I are trying to learn it before Easter an w\ all the music that my choir is learning this song by far is very hard to learn for those who can't read music in my choir which is about 2\3 of the choir .

Just in case if you want know the choir who is singing in the video I have the name of the choir perfofming this piece .The Michael O'Neal Singers, Alleluia : Randall Thompson Tribute. Learning this one for Easter this year . It s a hard piece to learn . Needs separate parts by themselves w\ o a full choir . That would help alot for people learning separate parts on their own.

It sounds like the sound produced by the LA Master Choral under Paul Salamunovich. But i could be wrong. :-)

@Tom43623 The WORKS are copyrighted, not the performances. If this work is still not yet under "public domain". Performance and recording rights are paid back to the publisher who represents the song writer. Ahem. But yes, it WOULD be nice to have the proper group credited for this performance!

My choir did this in high school. We practiced forever it seemed like. It's my favorite thing we ever did though.
