La Sirena Eco Hostel & Retreat Center (Palomino, Guajira, Colombia)

La Sirena Eco Hostel is a peaceful and relaxing semi-private Caribbean beachfront property of approximately 7.5 acres that is part of a coconut plantation. It is located on the north of Colombia close to the small town of Palomino, in the province of La Guajira. We are 20 minutes from Tayrona Park and 1 hour from Santa Marta. Nested in the foothills of La Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta (the tallest coastal mountain on earth), and between two beautiful glacial rivers that meet the ocean.
We offer accommodations in bedrooms, hammocks and camping.

Recreational activities include visits to archaeological ruins/sites and indigenous tribes, hiking on La Sierra Nevada, kayaking, tubing, yoga, horseback riding, etc.
