@bodryn Yes, I've always been a super soft touch, especially when it came to family. I don't know what kept me from being more objective. I think I just swallowed all that "family is important" stuff. That's brainwashing. If they're no good, don't have anything to do with 'em! I do my best to try to accept my situation -- most men get tired of their wives. (There are exceptions, and you seem to be one! But that's rare!) Being so completely alone is hard, however. xo

@uspimpclub AP News, today 12/15/2011, 1 out of every 2 people now in America are considered " AKA Poor ". All 50 States. Thank You.

@slobomotion I come from a family where my mother was kind, but died years ago; my late father came from a family that routinely turns their back on their people and sell out for money. Some years ago I made a decision to "stay away from mean people". I only wish I'd decided to do that earlier in life. Now I'm in a happy marriage and hope to keep it that way. It would be hard to be in a relationship where the partner doesn't reciprocate.

I think you have the right attitude about this. Your typical American knows nothing of what suffering is.

Stay grateful and all the best for Xmas to you and yours Andy.

For this moment, I am going to be grateful that people have empathy. Maybe not everyone, but a lot of people. Thank you.

But in any case, my heart aches- I try to distract myself, but it is impossible to be happy while people suffer, creatures go extinct...

The poorest person in the United States is wealthy compared to a lot of people who live in third world countries. I will say this though, in my travels, I have seen some very, very poor people yet they seemed happier then most who live here. We are a country of very unhappy people.

Hi, good vid. I am grateful, but not happy. I can hardly stand it right now knowing the suffering of the billion you speak of, unimaginable to me, is happening, and those trying to survive in warzones and oppression. Honestly I don't want to live on this planet with that happening- please, it can ALL REALISTICALLY be resolves. All of it. But.. it isn't and it takes more than a couple of people to make that happen. Everything you have, by the way, if you are in the US, well, look up D'Mitry Orlov
Be thankful for what we have is the motto of the day. We're still very blessed in America. Merry Christmas Andy to you and the girls.
