  • @oVoLaTiLex Not true bud, My first bike was a 750. Everytime you go out on any bike, the rider dictates how the ride is going to be. Getting a 750 was perfect, learning the trottle control, slinging the bike back on forth around twisties, the 750 can do it all. Power wheelies in 2nd gear no problem, or, just cruising it, taking it easy like your on a 600. Ever motorcycle besides is fast enough, it just all depends on how bad your trying to scare yourself while having a good ol' time.

  • SEARCH XZAVIA GSXR 1000 POWER WHEELIES AND LEARN

  • To anyone learning how to control a throttle wheelie! Watch this video from 5 seconds to 8 seconds a few times making sure to focus on his arm and wrist. Bring the bike up to 6,000 rpms, back off, give FULL throttle and the front tire will float up to you. Once in the air, feather the trottle slightly and ride her out. As soon as your confortbale with first gear, back off the trottle slightly and pop it in second while feathering! A little back brake/more throttle you in one for days! sweet vid!

  • @carlstuartgamble few months practice now, and have to say its A LOT easier to do clutch wheelies then power wheelies, accelerate fairly hard (not full throttle, but enough) and pop the clutch, she should come right up, and its much more controlable then power wheelies. this vid shows exactly what i mean ( watch?v=7SdYn551buo)

  • more like "mastering throttle wheelie" rather than "learning"... ;-D

  • @Miguelsr1rst the 2k7 gsxr 750 is a good first bike for people with patience. I bought the 750 as my first bike in 09 and been riding it since...never even rode a bike before. no falls(thank God), no drops(knocking on wood), i'm good but i do advise one to take a motorcycle course.
