  • Can't see how this would be extreme even at it's time (video up in 2009). I bought my companys office computer back in 2008 and oc'ed a core i7 from 2.66ghz to 4ghz on air - 24/7 flawless setup. It has been working for 3 years now. And that's nothing fancy at all, even at it's time, if you ask me.

  • @Arcezzu85 I was not good at overclocking then so i thought it was extreme. Today my PC has a Q9550 2.83Ghz CPU and that has been running for nearly to years stable at 4.8Ghz. I can go higher but dont like to.

  • @reditus2 No problem dude, didn't mean to put you down or something like that. Sounds good man :) Except computing - Take care dude and don't forget to drink some liqour too :)

  • @Arcezzu85 Thats cool, you did not put me down. Sometimes I get a bit defensive on youtube because I have had some nasty people on here. And FYI, I am a little pissed XD haha :P

  • @reditus2 Thanks i,m making now a video of my overclock becuase i,m bord :p and i have modded my old pc a day ago and still testing the things but it looks nice ;)

  • @ultragaming1993 nice, wow, this is a old video. i now have a Q9550 (2.88Ghz) which is run stable on watercooling @ 4.23Ghz and i have managed to get it to 5.01Ghz but started becoming unstable :). good job on getting a old PD 925 to 4.11Ghz, thats a pretty high clock. they are normally tricky to overclock, let alone stable at those speeds :).

  • @reditus2 i,m overclocking now a year of 2,5 and i like it more and more,, today i overclocked my old D 925 from 2.99Ghz up to 4.11Ghz and its stable :)

    fsb: 1094mhz. bus speed: 273.7mhz. mp 12x 1.200v cv, c1 3283,9mhz c2 4105,6mhz, ati 3870 with 2x 122mm fan at gpu: 876mhz, mem: 1266mhz all air cooled, cpu and gpu :)

  • dude, i dont want to be rude but this is not Extreme!

not even my Q9400 2.66Ghz @3.75Ghz is not extreme!!

drop the vcore, ur temps are very High! for a 3.41Ghz OC.i get 50 at Load with a vcore of 1.32v.
