  • dude im about 5'9 and im pretty sure we have cloned arms...im rite about 16

  • start working out your triceips and ur arms will be 16-17 inches in no time. you have 0 triceip

  • Great you've 1 inch more stretched than me felxing

  • I like the baseball bicep. Nice shape.

  • @acharris1991 Its probably a height difference. Most people don't realize this, but arm size is not universal. 15 inches on a 5'5 guy makes him look like the hulk, whereas, 15 inches on a 6'5 guy is almost annorexic looking.

  • damn dude, i have 13" and for some reason, it doesn't even look close to this.

  • Apparently 16" is the minimum for acceptance as impressive in the bodybuilding world. Your almost there, you look tall too so its harder for us, but in the end it gets more respect as its known to be more difficult.

  • Good measurement and peak bro, I had 17 1/2's then I had a torn bi-cep so now one arm is big and the other one is like 13 inches, hopefully after recovery I'll get it back, keep up the good work

  • A two-inch expansion is excellent.

  • Great bi, cut when you measured it, it wasn't at the biggest part.
