I wouldnt help an obnoxious jerk customer like this guy either.. Must be american. If he was so concerned, why didnt he fill out an application and get a job instead of standing around complaining?

(cont.) when I worked for them last I simply quit because of major communication problems among the supervisors who didn't report my absence as it should have been. I was ordered by doctor to not go back to work till I was better (because I was that horribly sick) for about a week. Well, nobody got the message and they marked me as a no show and said I would be penalized for skipping work without communicating. Wal-Mart can shove the petty job and wages up their butt. Wal-Mart = FAIL-Mart.

Wal-Mart stinks no matter which way you slice the cake whether you're on day shift or graveyard. I have experienced this at several Wal-Mart stores. I worked for them and quit not only because of their crappy customer service, but also because the employees were abusive to one another away from the supervisors eyes and ears. Where is Wal-Mart's policies when these things take place? Why do they not seem to do anything about these things? Simply put they really don't give a crap.

Im a cashier and I have to say my store is awesome when it comes to helping the customers in line. You have to realize this is not the fault of Walmart but the certain individual store.

Alot of times, I wonder why I feel Target is always many steps ahead of Walmart (ESPECIALLY WITH CUSTOMER/GUEST SERVICE)! Then, lately when I go into a Walmart store, and I see the obvious reasons to favor Target (in addition to using Target-issued coupons, like 75% of the front-end registers ACTUALLY OPEN and Team Members who are actually happy with their jobs).

Question, what time and date is this vidoe? I totally agree that WalMart needs to put on more cashieres. AS A CASHIER, I agree.
BTW the cashier has ZERO chioce about taking break the CSM tells to go, you go! It is the law. we MUST take a 15min payed break every two-ish hrs.
Understand that many times the wait is not the cashier, BUT issues with customers ahead of you.
At lease in my line that is the case! There is little talking and moving as quick as my body allows.
P.S. from my many visits to several states in the United States of America....must say that I found almost Everyone I encountered were quite well mannered and very respectful.. and the customer service was incredible almost everywhere....especially in West Virginia, and Hawaii, and fyi: this was filmed in Toronto, Canada :-) ...and look how patient everyone in line is.... reminds me of a Billy Joel song

ok wow, you have the heart of a true servant - paparrazzi069 :-) you are all smiles and sunshine.... Kidding aside: I do honestly hope you feel better about the world someday soon and figure out what will make you feel truly happy in life.
