I submit to you, that despite all these horrible things you mention, the PRC is still better for the Xi Zang people than the Lamaist aristocrats. The Tibetan people can get an education often for free and have (I shit you not) MORE FREEDOM under the Chinese flag than the proposed theocracy of the dalai lama.
I consider myself quite liberal, but I am ashamed of how hippies in America accept the lies by the Western media.

Chinese have, for many different reasons, befouled their nests and must seek to adopt the survival strategies of the cuckoo bird. Tibetan high lamas who held unquestioned authority in Tibet--Tibetans giving them respect, power and life's savings made the choice to put lineage and position above the law of karma. The Dalai Lama is the rebel from this clique of power and pelf; he knows Shugden cult inside out and we, Buddhists, thank him. Shugdenists and CCP have a common cause: Tibetans don't.
