AFTEC stands for The Absolutely Fabulous Theatre Connection, a name that sums up the qualitative programming aim and the quantitative possibility of ever increasing partners and supporters for community Learning & Participation.

The consortium comprises:
. Shakespeare4All Co Ltd: a charity established in 2003 with the specific purpose of multi-level adaptations of great Shakespearean plays for highest quality theatre experience and to build English fluency and self confidence in students. For 6-16 years old.

. Seals Players Foundation Ltd: a charity founded in 1979 with unsurpassed experience in staging some of the most well-known Western plays in translation in Hong Kong. It has produced over 62 productions in venues territorial-wide including for the Hong Kong Arts Festivals and other major festivals. For youth-adults.

Eduarts Ltd: founded by Dr Vicki Ooi after retirement from the University of Hong Kong, Eduarts maximizes the potential of the arts in education through the Language Arts curriculum for local primary and secondary schools amongst other innovative arts-based programmes for critical thinking and diverse learning experience.

誇啦啦現有三個合作伙伴：
- 香港小莎翁有限公司： 於2003年創立的慈善團體，以中文為母語的本地學生作對象，旨在透過培養他們的英文溝通能力更見流利，更見自信。
適合6至16歲兒童及青少年參與。

海豹劇團基金有限公司： 慈善團體，1979年成立，屬於香港最早期演出翻譯劇目的團體之一，製作超過60齣劇目。適合青少年及成人參與。

- 香港啟智有限公司： 黃清霞博士於香港大學退休後創立「啟智」本地機構。英文名字「Eduarts」反映啟智關注的兩大範疇 -- 教育及藝術，或說是「寓藝術於教育」。
