Just returned from a holiday on The Isle of Skye, somewhere I wish I had visited many years ago, this amazing version makes me want to go back today. A wonderful place and this song is sung by a wonderful man.

It's a shame they left out the verse that mentions the battle of Culloden. Still this is my favorite recording of Skye Boat because of Robeson's legendary voice.
