He seems like a very nice gentleman, and probably a great greeter! However, he goes WAY off base at about 1:57, and says, "If you're depending on your regulars to bring people in, it's probably not gonna happen." What? Isn't it the great commission by Christ himself who calls us to build relationships, disciple, and bring people to the body of christ? Why should we be depending on visitors for church growth?

I just went to his seminar today in Flower Mound, Texas. I really enjoyed it! Rich has gained alot of wisdom on greeting, over the years, from experience and from the Lord. God Bless you, Rich!
