@mariosuck I disagree that women are very much different than most other places in the world. Women operate on biology. Their biological needs are programmed so they go after a man who is socially qualified more than anything else, and that social qualification often requires social confidence, such as walking up to her and initiating conversation with her. What I was saying is you can't change biology, so you can't change women.

@CannedHammered Your missing the point. They are saying that women in the west have all the choice and can have many guys. Its feminism which has given women privelages at the expense of men. Nothing to do with who initiates the convo.

I agree with most of the things these guys say, it's just their ideas of changing the way most women function is unrealistic. The only reason guys like Steve suffer is because women usually don't initiate conversation to begin a relationship. It's been that way for centuries, and these guys don't realize that you're not going to change gender roles in dating like that no matter how many people you tell.
