Swami Rama: "Modern man has a problem. He always complains about time. I don't have time. You don't need so much time. You have time to go to bathroom for your ablutions. You have time to eat. You have time to gossip. You have time to talk. You have time to cry, laugh, and do many things. How come you don't have time to sit in meditation? It's a dire necessity."

He's a great..all of us should read the book..Living With The Himalayan Masters by Swami Ajaya. Plenty of Swami Rama's spiritual experiences revealed in this book. I believe that this book will inspire many seekers to travel the glorious path of spirituality.

Living with the Himalayan Masters is by Swami Rama, although Swami Ajaya greatly contributed by collecting and compiling stories, as did others.
