Marble

Marble is a one year old male. He wears a luscious grey coat with distinct and unique markings. He is tall, atheletic and has a long straight tail.

Marble strayed into our estate and got attention by meowing very loudly. He is more interested in getting loved than eating his fill, although he was obviously very hungry. He is very trusting, weaving round our legs, and going belly up for us waiting to be tickled.

He would try to run after us when we depart.

Given his super-tame behavior, we strongly suspect that he has been abandoned and was once somebody's pet.

We got him sterilised in late July 2011 and hope to find him a new home while we feed him daily in the bushes (although, as with all strays, he does not come back every night,and he faces the wrath of the long time resident cats and has been involved in several loud territorial fights in the deep of the night)
