RECIPE FACT SHEET

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

200g Diced Bacon (or ham, cooked chicken breast etc)
2 Cups of Grated Cheddar Cheese
3 Diced Spring Onions (aka green onions, shallots, scallions etc)
1 Cup of Self Raising Flour
2-3 Teaspoons of Mild French Mustard
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of Milk

Preparation Time: About 10 mins
Cooking Time: About 15-20 minutes per tray

MAKES ABOUT 20 - 50 BITES (depending on size)

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
(Look up Google for a conversion chart if using Imperial)

  • What could you use instead of mustard?

  • @dancertabs Try any condiment or sauce you like. Chutney is good if you like a bit of spice, otherwise a splash of ketchup or barbecue sauce would also work ;)

  • The bacon you put wasn't cooked

  • Can you replace the cheddar cheese with goat cheese?

  • @karinwullems You can use any cheese you like, as long as it melts nicely ;)
