theres a file were it makes the new lights better. and the blue and red colors look much better. it comes with bxbugses montgomery v3 crown vic and its in the vehicle folder.

You draw them on a paper, then you put the paper ontop of your GTA SA Disc before you put it in the DVD-drive.

soo i can mod GTA IV just fine.. using Spark IV, but i have nooooo idea how to put the car files into the GTA SA directory.. i need a program to do that.. any help?
