  • All these old school outdoor exercises rock, they are independent of any fancy and sometimes expensive gear. I find that reliance on equipment is a recipe for failure for many people, what if it breaks, what if you lose access to it... etc.

  • @muldoon55 Much agreed. Superior, though machines can be fine. Still, if you took two fighters, one trained mreso functionally and the other primarily on machines, I think the cat who trained with thes kinds of exercises would have some edges over the machine-trained guy, in much the sane way that your mom;s biscuits from scratch taste better than biscuits out of the package.

  • I'M HIGH KICKING!

  • CRAAAAB BATTTLEEE!

  • The exorcist anyone?

  • This is like a low-budget horror movie lol

  • looks really cold outside for a workout..

  • Next week, crab walking away from the police whilst carying a home entertainment system

  • bodyweight exercises like this are the best. They are real world functional workout s that bring the whole body musculature into play. If you can't do this at your house or nearby park, you sure as hell won't drive off to some workout club to use their fancy machines, at least not for long!!

  • @teion5 because you can do it forwards, backwards and sideways? Also there is a bear walk which is on your hands and feet but face down, and you could just walk on your hands only... giving it a name helps identify it more easily.
