Well, I had some escapees but they were peachicks, 3 of them flew away and they didn't find a way back home

Well, it is a matter wher you live. For example here in my country it is ok but I heard that within the US you just have to check on your state and county local regulations. Some yes and some dont! it is a matter where you are!
