How to get a low file size with Camtasia Studio 7

I never tried this yet but for 1 hour and 40 minutes I got a file size that's 80 gb. It's insane.

@Vista151 Depends on what your recording, Id only use 320kbps if your video has a lot of music in it for the quality.. @ Uploader Setting your audio at 320kbps is increasing the file greatly depending how long the duration is. At 320kbps for an hour will be like 130MB added to your video
