This tutorial shows you how to get a low file size with camtasia studio 7. It should also work on camtasia 6. Please do note that this is recommended for tutorials. If you use these settings for games then the file size will be big. Hope this helps :)

  • your video does not look fine... the text is blurry.

show us how to make the smallest possible filesize but keeping the text as crisp and readable as possible.

  • I never tried this yet but for 1 hour and 40 minutes I got a file size that's 80 gb. It's insane.

  • Mine just says 'Error_OUT OF MEMORY.

    PLEASE HELP

  • at 3:54 skype pops up! lol

  • @iiTzAndreeeeW my 5 min runescape vid is 90mb

  • @iiTzAndreeeeW yes but higher file size

  • oooh ok

  • @Vista151 Depends on what your recording, Id only use 320kbps if your video has a lot of music in it for the quality.. @ Uploader Setting your audio at 320kbps is increasing the file greatly depending how long the duration is. At 320kbps for an hour will be like 130MB added to your video
