I work for Ridder it does work. We heat and area for six hours. They start to die at 112 degrees, we then heat the unit to 137. This way the heat can penetrate the mattress, box springs, clothes, couches, and so on. Bed bugs are starting to become chemicle resistant, heat is the only treatment that works 100%

how long did it take to heat soak the insides of the mattress, and into the cracks of the headboards, floorboards, trip, outlets, etc..?
what heat sources did you use?
if this actually works, you guys are my freakin heroes :)
