  • I think the jump forward is a really misunderstood move. Level 1 classes mention it but never really explain so I think a lot of people go through their practice just doing whatever they think it is. I've become obsessed with working on the jump forward lately. Your video really gave me a revelation in that a huge part of this move is using your core. I think of it now as my stomach is a pulley, cranking my body forward and up. Thanks so much for this discovery!
