Possibly one of the greatest commercials for Nightfall of all times. This was during an evening special on KTTU TV 18 in October 1993. The movie was "The Exorcist" brought to you by Old Tucson Studios and Nightfall IV.

  • lol it sounds all spooky and freaky. And then at the end the guy sounds all happy and cheerful "Get discount coupons, benefiting children's charities..." ROFL

  • Yes, I know; that's the best part!

  • I was a part of that cast during the golden age. It was the best and quite fun. I hope they all are having as much fun as we did. And yes, this pics are from 1991. There are some press pics from 1992 floating around the net, but they are hard to find.

  • DUDE! That's totally wicked yo!

Do you think you could share some photos or footage of your own??? What roles do you remember playing? How were things outside of Nightfall?

  • awesome

  • thank you, but do you know what's more awesome? These photos are of the original cast of Nightfall (circa 1991?), and as far as I can understand, after the fire, these photos no longer exist...

  • Thumbs up if your from Tucson, and/or have gone to Old Tucson!

  • So how much did it cost back then?? It cost 25 $ now I think. But that ain't gonna keep me out.

  • i want to go to nightfall this year

  • No worries, man. I understand where you're coming from, and I respect your opinion.

  • As with anything there's your opinion, and mine, which can differ. Better is a matter of opinion, perhaps I should have used the words that you said, more professional.

  • Well, I will admit the 2008 commercial is more appealing to current audiences in the sense that it's a full video, directed and edited at a professional quality (rather than a slide-show like this one), but I'll have to disagree with you that it's "better". This commercial has a certain creepy "old" quality to it that the 2008 one lacked, as well as the Gothic western theme that made Nightfall what it was. Not to mention the KTTU TV-18 voice over artist here is absolutely amazing.
