You dont even allow your band to talk in the story all you want to do is scream above them - let the rest of the band be heard. Too much ego brother.

Trust me Daryl I am a professional Audience.
Tell a story in your songs.
Complex and speed is not what a song is (that's reserve for suspense in the story)
start off slow maybe? then build your story? then at the peak of suspense in the story, fire all your bullets and do your thing.
You feel me brother?

Build a story and build suspense then fire all your bullets to show case your great playing. If you do this you will be famous. If you dont realise this then you will always live in the shadow of Mr George Benson.
Norman Brown failed - you don't want to fail like him.
-
Good player but you failed to realize you have to build a story into any song you play - you cant just fire all your bullets like a machine gun.
This song has lost the story - a great player must learn why George is so popular (he actually builds a story and make it simple for us to enjoy).
No body cares how fast you could rattle your bullets out of that guitar - it's the story and simplicity of sounds that builds love and aloha.

yo this due is pretty good a bit above Norman Brown, but not quite Benson, but I really like his improv and his energy you are right about his back up band and he does start off the way he should end but...who's perfect? This guy is pro material no question!!
