  • I hate doing low walks up hills non stop for 2 minutes

  • Toes point forward at all time (check ur right foot). Don't just extend ur leg (SchaatsenIvars comment). Place foot on outside always. Try to accellerate ur recovery towards end phase, where you place ur foot (Thrust forward knee and keep knee open). Other than that: useful videos, thx for posting

  • Its for speed skating, we do it all the time with our coach, it gets you used to the way your legs have to move
