You put her off her food, because she feels threatened and can't relax to eat. (your rapid poking at her) It's difficult, but these kinds of exchanges will make her more neurotic and aggressive towards you, though i know you are trying to touch her and then get your hand away, but in cat language, it is like it is you who is attacking her.

Ah, no.... in this video you are trying to touch her using very quick 'batting' movements, like you are attacking. You need to be slow and calm. The best time to stroke a feral cat is when its eating. Gently, calmly, on the back of the head. Just once, and then get your hand away before it knows what happened. Then repeat.

You can also grip a cat on the back of its neck- its called the "kitten grip", like its mother used to do. Eventually try this (do not lift, just hold) and speak calmly.

Use your fingers when handling her food... to get your scent on her food... so she gets used to it and associates it with nice things
