I just get angry when i read this book called "the unknown enemy Taliban" it just goes to show how bad we fucked up. I prefer to look into Now more than the past. Not saying we shouldn't reflect on the past. I want to know what you think... Retaining the "revolution"
@EternusDesiderium Barely understood the first half of what you typed. Regarding the second half: yes, we should get shit straight in our own country before playing big brother. Now, how are you going to make our country do that?
@EarthernIndustry we made a operation "gaad" which is Pashtun for hope but instead we thought it sounded like god and made it tajik "forget" for hope. The place which it was supposed to be implied was Pashtun... wtf Taliban just needed some money and time. Focus on the interior of your country before you expand (believe Caesar said something along those lines) We are in massive debt for a while and yet we pursue outward when we should reflect inward. I believe sweden is uncorrupted top 10!
@EarthernIndustry thanks for the statistic fix. but selling oil would have ran through Afghanistan but AL-qaida hit and foreign investors pull out. When Omah told them to stop poppies it dropped 83%. But then that made the price go from $20 a kilo-$400. But now poppies have redeveloped because of Americas involvement. Saddam was a fuck stain and so is Qaddafi, Israel, America, Britain, Russia, the game we play is a dangerous game. they sent British troops to helmand which hates british troops..
@EternusDesiderium Actually the top 2% owns about half. Which is still bullshit, but nowhere near as bad as your statistic. We invaded for oil, which is also bullshit, but their people were still oppressed. Sadam was killing his own people by the thousands; genocide. We toppled the government and now we fight terrorists and brainwashed militias for control and stability. We win, capitalist republic. They win, extremist-run shit hole. How do you plan to change these things you hate?
@EarthernIndustry it seems to me the majority of the world is fucked up. the amount of corruption is unfathomable. 1% has 90% of the wealth. (i believe might have changed) North Korea has labor camps.. Where the execute people for no reason. The Taliban weren't the enemies it was al-qiada. if we didn't show up to afghanistan with guns they would have called us their guest just like Bin laden was welcomed. They wanted to talk but we didn't want to listen.. All the lives lost for "justice" my ass.
