I have a Black Diamond also. Hope I can one day make mine sound as good as you made this one sound! By the way, I'm a leftie and play right hand guitar and banjo without any problem.

How much are your rates. Im 16 and ive been playing the guitar and mandolin for about 6 years, but it seems as though i have plateaued, which isn't good. I was just wanting to get an idea on how much a music teacher would cost me, and would you recommend it.

Hi Jon, very nice playing! Clean notes and very nice note selection. And most of all, great attitude! Picksa5string
Hi Jon, I also have a Deering banjo, and I was wondering about the brand and gauge of the strings that your student uses on her Deering Black Diamond. That banjo really sounds great!

The Brand is D'Addario J-60's
They are the nickel light guage.
Hope this helps.
