Police in a Philadelphia suburb say they have found the car involved in a hit-and-run that injured a man in a convenience store parking lot, a crime recorded by surveillance cameras. (June 22)

Appears premeditated; as the driver sat & apparently watched the attendant come out to empty the trash, then when his back was turned punched it and hit him, not even noticing another car was pulling in beside him. You can't see what the driver did afterward, but by the other attendant pointing; I would assume the driver stopped to look at the damage he did to his apparent enemy. By the way the passengers reacted, it looks like the driver kicked them out of the car. What did you see happen?
