Dr. John McDougall teaches a plant based low fat diet that is basically free of cost.
It is intended to be amongst the healthiest diets there are and has helped me to lose 40 + pounds and lower my cholesterol from 272 to 150. Hard to argue with those results.
We went on this trip for the fun and friendship of others who eat foods similar to us. It was lots of fun, and we made some great friends.
