Are you the Spokesman for PacificCorp or just Straight retarded. The government, lobbist, and greed are what keep energy in high demand, there is no true lack of energy, just study geothermal for a sec and you'll see what i mean. it's crazy and down right evil to kill a river for something that can be produced. It's past time for us as individuals to stand against this rapping of nature, this tyranny and the liars promoting it all. I pray for those who need this river for survival.
