This is nonsense, because the rights of minorities need to be protected, too. This is why we don't have slavery anymore or segregation. You could teach your children that white people (or X people) are better, because they are in the majority (be that true or not) and you certainly have the right to do so, but eventually your children will have to think for themselves. If you think "X" sounds vague, look back at history and you will find many examples of such dehumanizing thinking.

If you like it or not, your kids are also going to grow up thinking that black and white people are equal.
