The Animation team was the best... Sexy Ritchie... hilarious.... hung out with some great people... our servers ie Angel and Carlos were the best... had a blast at the "disco" everynite and dancing in the street with everyone.... Going back as often as possible 5 stars , all the best

This is a great hotel with fantansic staff i couldn't fault anything they did! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great time in the sun with fun!

Hola. He estado en ese hotel y siempre que puedo vuelvo. Soy de Granada-andalucía (SPAIN). Nunca he escuchado quejas. Puede haber algo ocasional, pero por lo que veo en las imagenes, si se rompe una botella es porque algún inutil la habrá roto y si cloran la piscina es normal o por otro motivo, es normal no usarla. OS LO RECOMIENDO. Si teneis alguna duda podeis preguntarmela.

Its Great hotel and people over react. I had the best holiday there dont listen to the negative reviews if people didnt enjoy it then they obviously didnt put in the effort in at all, You can fault the staff theyre always working provided something for you and you cannot question the cleanliness.
I would deffo recommend it

Do not ever get yourself stuck in that awful hotel. I was there too.
Do not go there. And especially don't go there during any Spring Break time, i.e. March Break - it's full of cussing teens, vomitting, urinating, fornicating EVERYWHERE.
"Golden sand" means brown sand full of biting sand flies - you will have bites all over your legs.
Rooms are need in repair.
Front staff lie to you, make promises they cannot keep.
It's nowhere near a four-star quality hotel, not even close.

2000 people were just over reacting ive heard it all now, where were your worse conditions - (iraq)if i was eating food off the streets and it being cooked by a bin man then no i would not complain if i was ill but i thought this was a four star plus hotel !!!!! which we all paid good money to go too. i think you were dreaming when you said you were there when this outbreak of multiple food poisoning hit this resort as no one didnt get it. i have since heard they have had it again in february
