@VollesBuecherregal Hi Volles, my wrists often bother me when I do those kinds of exercises, too. It can be partially because your wrist tendons are too tight - do you have a job where you type at the computer a lot? You can avoid pain by rolling up a towel under the base of your palms, holding onto dumbbells so that your wrists stay in a straight line (decreasing the angle that causes the pain), or by doing the moves off of your fists. Hey!
My wrists started to hurt really bad during this work-out.
especially the push-up and the downward dog gave my wrists a hard time.
Are there any modification that can help me to get through this work-out without pain?

@juicymoon1017 3x Through tells your body that it needs to become more proficient at that move, which builds strength & the look of toned muscles. For building size, 3 rounds through tears muscle fibers, which reconnect stronger. Yes: you can lose belly fat on a treadmill, but how you use it is important. Hi i was just wondering... What would be the best for me to do? Because there are so many. I am in my teens (ugh my screen name says it all) and i have some belly fat, though im not u know ugly but i wanna get rid of that last bit and i just want to get more muscular. Thanks :3

@pandagurlldreamer001 Striving for a healthy body through clean eating & regular exercise should be your #1 priority; if you do that I can almost promise you that a healthy bodyweight will follow naturally. As for when to do what routines, aim for 30-60 minutes of cardio 5/6 days/week, coupled with strength training 3-4 days/week, try to hit a balance of targeting the core, upper, and lower body. This video ^ is great for allover toning & would go well with 30 mins cardio.

you litteraly have the body i am trying to achieve and you are so beautiful! i have a question regarding excersizes i can do to target my stubborn inner thigh fat that is so difficult to get rid of, do you suggest anything for that? and my arms as well i want to get tight long lean muscles with no bulk what so ever. any who you guys are great definetly helpful i cant wait to start these work outs! take care !

@ViCT0RiA6 Thank you for the compliment you made my day :) As for inner thigh fat (or any particular area of fat) it's nearly impossible to spot reduce; an overall reduction in fat is necessary. But, you can find an inner thigh workout to tone on our website under "Printable Workouts".
