Yep and it's the first season ending credits, because you see the in-credit TA logo, and it has The Paramount studios notice(Coincidentally, Paramount Distributed the series as well), and the Paramount LTD notice as to follow it. This ran on NBC from 1965-1969, and then switched over to CBS in it's last season from 1969-1970.

Only the pilot episode was filmed in black & white; by the time NBC bought the series in the spring of 1965, they decided that virtually all of their fall 1965 prime-time schedule would be telecast in color {"I DREAM OF JEANNIE" and "CONVOY" being the exceptions}, so "GET SMART" was "converted" to color in its second episode {in production order, it was "Our Man In Toyland"- the first color episode that aired was "Diplomat's Daughter" [9/25/65]}.

The space in the lower left-hand corner was originally reserved for the sponsor's product; in this case, it was R.J. Reynolds' "Salem" cigarettes {"Turn to Salem...for a taste that's Springtime Fresh"}.
