has anyone tried this routine????? the barbell and bench routine? did it work? or made gains at all???

@hanh201288 but it is actually only 1 set, then you move on to the next exercise, and the same, big weight but weight you can controll and do with strict form 8 to 12 reps, then drop some weight and do 6 more reps, then you move to the third exercise, and so on... clear?????

@hanh201288 Ok, he says were gonna do this workout using the drop set principle, that means do one set with a challenging weight, then drop some weight and do 6 more reps. the difference here between drop sets and the rest and pause principle is that you dont rest between sets. So, he says one set reps 8-12/6", that means, you will do one set of eight to twelve reps, with a challenging weight, then you will drop some weight and inmmediately you will do 6 more reps, it looks youve done 2 sets....
