Please keep it up. I tried a few of your dishes the way you have designed them, and they are amazing. TY again for your time and knowledge you put into this You tube channel. You make more than a few of our taste buds VERY happy, but more over, you allow us to make our guests taste buds happy.

MR. Chef Jean Pierre, I love what U are doing & appreciate it. Alot of us are "Closet Chefs" as I like to say. I LOVE cooking, I do it with passion! I don't enjoy cooking for myself as much as for other people. I think that applies for many chefs thou. I do an amazing 2" thick Ribeye cut steak, nothing but coarse salt/pepper and rare, usually accompanied with re-stuffed baked potatoes (herb&garlic cream cheese, sour cream, sharp cheddar, green onions, etc), with butter pasta. I love your videos!
