toooo bad brandon jennings hit 55 points in a game and i bet u that black niggga sat bench.... these foools dont know what they talkin about they just mad about the whole scenario cuz the other league is taking players away from collegiate league.. And look at brandon now! hes beasting

@SpydaMonster depends on what you call huge dollars. even the guys drafted 30th are making 6 figures a year and coming from probably not even working in college and just going to class and practice. 500K a year for working out and clapping on a bench is still big money.

Its difficult to stay all four years in college because they're already scouting the middle schools and high schools for your position by the time you're a NCAA sophomore.

@jcpnw hey, even though the nba is the ultimate goal, how many of them are seriously going to earn the huge dollars when they get there?? not every player is cut out to be a superstar, and once players realize that, those who ignored the opportunity to learn at a first class university will regret that decision.
the ncaa already has a bad enough image as it is, and fans like you telling us that an athlete's education isn't important does nothing to help that.
-
Imagine if the Knicks took him instead of Jordan Hill. Damn!
-
teams in the NBA and overseas will always be there, but college is only once in a lifetime so why would you give up on it? especially when you know youd be killing in ncaa
-
I really hope with the new collective bargaining agreement, they allow high school players to enter the NBA draft again.

@bengoro7 That's what I told your mother to call your dumbass after you were born..
i dont agree with the shit about education. these guys dont go to college for an education man. most of them dont even have a legit high school education. they're ballplayers man.

He got to travel to a new country, got paid $2 million with his contract PLUS endorsements, AND got to play against higher level competition and gain experience. In what way is college better? 1 or 2 semesters taking rudimentary classes?
