  • i am putting a gen v in my 97 and ordered the blockoff egr plate and bolts is there any computer issue that needs to be dealt with?

  • @ddog0804 You will need to delete the DTC's in the PCM relating to the EGR system.

  • How much boost?

  • @ClutchGT Was about 21 PSI for dyno.

Top Comments

  • the mod bug.. it never dies. i bought another grand prix just to mod it too.. its a disease.

  • @DJTDames Must easier and cost effective to drop it in a back of a Fiero not to mention much lighter vehicle. That may happen in the distant future.

  • He comeing from the marines an all my family has agreed to pitch in .thank you

  • Trying to fix my brothre car before jan pls help with measures n brands name 1997 gtp 3.8 wanna make his car run fast we already know wer to get it paint n chrome need intercooler size pulleys size an other sugg

  • @ThriftyCougar Yes, it is a 90mm Holley TB and a 100mm Texas Speed MAF. The inlet adapter to the Whipple is a one off investment casting.

  • @PrjPerformance you have a 90 mm tb on this? thats huge did u have to do any extra modifications or did it just pretty much bolt up

  • @canada4g63 Need to replace intercooler core as it sprung a leak dumping coolant into the intake manifold.

Also need to get a cage installed before we'll take it to 1/4 mile track since we got booted from the 1/8 mile already for running too fast without one (they actually called us out with a warning before even running!)

  • That car is sick. Do you ever plan on making a full 1/4 mile pass?
