i have to apologize,it looks like Harold has taken his video's down :( his site is called Haroldsays on youtube....

i have now been doing this for 6mnths,its taken me a while to poorly edit this vid,...so,now i can attest to my own ailments that this has cleared up..bi-polar/depression has leveled right out,no more vertigo symptoms from standing up too quick,weight loss ive now lost 1 and quarter stones in 6months without exercise.i dropped down from 36 inch waist to a 32 :) energy level and mental clarity get better all the time.motivation and focus are easier...my hair is softer my nails are harder and skin is rejuvenating and looking healthier every month,dandruff has gone as well as athletes foot ..i also suffered a fall on the ice last year and it jarred my shoulder and wasn't healing after 6mnths,the shoulder felt as bad as it did the day i fell,but after 6 months on this treatment that too has healed up,the more i get into this im am now convinced that it gives such a boost to your immune system that your own body will heal itself of things that have been bothering you for ages...

as for decalcifying the pineal gland,yes,the sole solution claims to de calcify,read link below..the Himalayan monks have used this for centuries,well probably not with the alkalife drops but the sole solution yes...

also like to add that a neodymium magnet bought off of ebay will ionize the water...
