  • how long do we wait till the cement is dry???

  • @pikap7 you will want to use a 2 1/2" steel sch 20 or sch 40 post if you go steel. any fence company can supply you with the posts and adapters needed to connect the 2x4 framing. they simply tighten to the post with a u bolt and you screw the 2x4 to it using the pre drilled holes. you can fabricate them yourself using thin angle iron and a u bolt. basically all the adapter is.

  • @isyourcupempty senco makes a nice screw gun . thats what i use on my installs, 1 5/8" screw or nail is perfect

  • Can you make a video of how to make a wooden fence but using pipes as the fence post? Make sure to include how to join two panels together on the pipe. Also now can you combine wooden posts and metal pipes on on fence?

  • In a nail gun, what length do I want to use if my plank is 5/8" and my cross members are 1.5"? I was planning on using 1.5" nails so I wouldn't go through due to countersinking, but I can't find a nail gun that will do that short of a nail.

  • mark your post at the measurement left over and set the mark at string level ( i.e) post height 5'9" - 12" string height = mark the post at 4'9" from top. mark should line up with string after set. obviously you are not a fence builder and are not qualified to tell me how to do my job, we do not brace the posts and yes the concrete will hold it in place. 11 years building fence countless posts set and never a problem with posts shifting....
