The intutive shooting method is the only way to shoot the flying target. Pull-push style is a typical intuitive method, 'pull' means the hand nip the pouch is pulling backward when you release the pouch. 'push' means the hand hold the slingshot is moving forward when you release the pouch. By this way you shot very fast and aiming during you pull the rubber band. These are necessary for hit the moving objects. And it takes much practice for accuracy. This shooter just show the shooting style instead of giving a target-hit show.
