  • great, thats pretty much the same quick ass kind of warm up I do

  • Was that guy also Ronnies trainer ?

  • 4:00 thats why he has shoulder injuries :/

  • lighter weight with good form is the better way to go its the charles glass way

  • The Bodybuilder's Bodybuilder,as Hardcore as they come!

  • yep!

  • true! unfortunately, we are natural bodybuilders and hardgainers! the only bodybuilders that use that type of method are David Henry and Mark Dugdale...using Dog Crapp a hybrid of Mentzer's. Mentzer advocated more rest in between workouts...doing other type of exercise in order to be functional all around. I read two books The Wisdom of Mike Mentzer and HIT the Mike Mentzer way. It gives us a blueprint...the only thing we do is to tweak it to fit us individually.

  • @livfreediempty I always wonder about that method of training...I dont ever see big guys using it,always the smaller ones.....and out of the Mr Olympia,Arnold classic winners, how many would of used that style of training...im guessing none? Would be interesting to know as I keep hearing about it and seen the Doran Yates blood and Guts 6 part series but 3 working sets for biceps just seems crazy...I do around 8-10 and still dont feel it the next day and thats with strict form and slow negatives.

  • I respect Branch...I'm a big fan...he's a freak in the gym!! But I tend to follow the Mike Mentzer's method of HIT more specifically Dorian Yates method of training...advocating less weight and full range of motion...with no cheating and no momentum. That way you get rid of all of the unnecessary wasted sets and spend what you got working the muscle faster. You essentially cut your time in the gym in half. I wonder how Branch would do if Dorian trained him using his method?

  • @do2morenomatterwhat woooooooooooooooowwwwww bravo on the great comeback...
