So with that said I'd like to humbly add that perhaps your children understand that, and maybe they see the flaw in organized religion... because it is true that there is ego there sometimes! But I do not know about your church so you may want to take that with a grain of salt! Have a nice day! <3

Your body along with your perspective is the greatest novel, with the most perfect metaphor of all there for you to reference anytime... You simply must embark on a spiritual journey... which I'm sure you have! All you have to do is not deny him and you are on a spiritual journey already. I am not saying you are God, but I'm saying everyone carries a piece of him!

God talks to anyone anytime they consult him :) as long as they are truly open and asking from the heart not the ego. You sound like you had a different experience but that doesn't mean God did not speak to you, because you do not have to physically speak to God :) God is all, a mixture of the creator and the creation, and you are the perfect metaphor to describe that!! That is why you have all the answers within!
