Follow the money. Alberta judiciary and family & legal aid involved in stealing family homes. They use promisory notes from legal aid & a high interest loan. Lawyers use the loans system of the judges. They escalate litigation force high interests loans to pay for litigation. Alberta Union of Provincial Employees & Heritage Trust & Edmonton Police services invested in the child attack model to pension fund payments & wage support. @AnneFox7 In your area you have 45 offices of the family service association of United Way. In Alberta there were only 11 but I am certain this will bring expansion here as well. The programs of attack are operated through the Children's Services offenders attack the child and demand that no mediation take place in order to escalate conflict and to encourage violence.2 free mediation services are offered ( false advertised) but case managers control access. The child is their target.

@abecfathers In Alberta this is taught at Parenting After Separation courses & "High Conflict" divorce sessions & are mandatory. The course is taught by an Alberta Justice lawyer & a psychologist usually from Family Services Association. ( United Way) The Alberta Justice lawyer rotates through duties as a prosecutor ( Emergency Protection Orders), Family Law Office legal aid lawyer. High conflict offers PAID mediation services ( $4-500/hr) & demand for PAID ($15000) assessment.

@AnneFox7 I am not sure what you mean by "PA" being accepted and taught. In my case in Ontario, the system did not recognize PA and the judge and children's attorney did not want to recognize it. The family therapist identified this PA issue and was ignored and dismissed by court. I do not understand that PA was educated in the court system in Ontario to be accepted as legal issues. My lawyer also did not deal with it either to present this terrible problem involving PA.

@AnneFox7 I would encourage for you to read my book to better understand the title I used. I was a man raped in the court system as a result of divorce. This included property, children, many false statements and other things. The book shares what is called parental alienation but courts fail to recognize. @thestreetdogg How can men be equal when by their very nature they are NOT. Women carry babies and breast feed them. Women care for children and are responsible for them. All care positions are pink collar ghetto positions. Men are outward expressive of independence and are protective of the family providers... Women are child protectors, nurturing enduring and surviving when men are no longer available. Women step mothers abuse KIDS reject them...men neglect them and ignore them.

@AnneFox7 Children's services supports this because their TARGET is the child and all of the property. The man by the time he understands that making & supporting false allegations by children's services has done more than rip the child out of the home, so he can keep it & spite & hate his wife who loves the child, has spent everything the family earned & has to sell. Then Police &children's services flippers move in. SCORCHED EARTH POLICY based in women and child ownership and hate.

@abecfathers Parental Alienation is accepted in Alberta & taught. Methodology= false accuse mental illness/drug or alcohol addiction/ potential violence( emotional abuse of men). Men's grief discussed= the bargaining phase in which they attempt to get women to come back after yrs of abuse & disloyalty by promising change. Crying, role reversal, emotional abuse of children is encouraged MOM HATE lies & methods to discredit child testimony= false accusing mental illness to the child.
