CHS Engineering Can Crusher

Automatic can crusher designed by our "company" in Engineering class, named Advanced Robotics Corp. It works!

We started work 6-7 weeks ago. One robotic arm, two pneumatic cylinders, two directional control valves, two control relays, two pushbuttons, and a tone of tubing and wiring later, we created a working product.

Originally the ramp was to lead to a conveyor belt we made, but the belt itself broke an hour before making the demo. The staples did not hold it together well and we had nothing else to attach it together with.

awesome guys. you should check out ours. the robot wasnt working on the day we did it, but ours has a air pressured launcher that shoots the cans into position
