How do you get it to 1080p?? Even if i set everything to max, it still doesnt come out very well. please respond.

@Pyromaniac153 When you finished editing your take and clicked "Save to Movie" resolution is the first option you can choose. I had 5 presets there (480p, 720p, 1080p, Web, and iPhone), but it might be down to your video card or TF2 settings why the higher ones don't show up.
