This guy who always had a cigarette hanging from his lips ( 32 years ) quit, I was shocked he was able to do it. He told me that after the first three day's it's all a mental game and he choose to win the game. I used that mental thinking and worked for 3 1/2 years.. The problem for me ( keeping it real ) was even after that time I still wanted a cigarette everyday and gave in. Most people don't have that constant craving after the quit.
