  • that chord x30003 must be the most annoying chord in the world...

  • @meritz59 minor hardware issues? a bent bridge is not minor. This guy maybe drunk working on the guitar but thats appropriate since a drunk korean built the guitar. It's just entry level beginner crap made to look good and sold for much more than it is ever worth.

  • @BOULDERDP Get your facts straight, Mike Carparelli stands behind DOS the same as Carparelli, the "name" change was politics not economics... and these guitars are sweet... some minor hardware issues as noted above but nicer than guitars costing 3 times as much... I own the same guitar he is working on....

  • You got it. Dot on shaft went tits up and became carparelli (craparelli). They are just offshore korean garbage sold for 2-3 times what they are worth. Stay away from them. They are just entry level filth.

  • dot on shaft? what is that, a genital wart?

  • That quilted maple is absolutely gorgeous! Definitely worthy of much better hardware installation at the factory level. It took your genius and a bottle of Wild Turkey to turn this guitar into a real winner! Might just become a collector's item someday. (Remember the old Sears Silvertone guitars made out of fiberboard with the amp in the case?) They're commanding a good buck these days. Though they were rather clunky, they have a unique sound that's making a comeback. I wish I'd hung onto mine!
